Our premium yoga mats are 24" wide x 72" tall x 0.25" thick and made from natural rubber with a blended microfiber top surface.   The top of the mat has the image printed on it, and the back is solid black with textured dimples for better floor grip.

Artist's Description

Getting a good start often involves making changes and and avoiding serious drawing problems later in the painting process.The value of acrylic is that it is virtually dry in seconds, and easily repainted or covered up. Not so with oils and especially if they have had time to dry.
I consider it a luxury to paint this way and a speeding up as well

About David Zimmerman

David Zimmerman

David Zimmerman was born in Washington, D.C.He began his studies at the Art Institute of Chicago in 1964. He continued on in his training with Bill Woodward at the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. In order to receive a bacalaureate degree he transferred to George Washington University, where he studied Drawing and Printmaking with Frank Wright. He was granted a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts in 1970.After a brief period of training with Phillip Pearlstein in Massachusetts, he returned to George Washington University where he again studied with William Woodward and Arthur Hall Smith. He was awarded a Master of Fine Arts degree in Painting in 1976. David has had 37 one man shows at Veerhoff Galleries,...
