Description
Again this is an early plein aire activity in Great Falls, Virginia,, but really nutso in fact. The canvas was about 40 x 60 and had to be anchored with rocks. Getting to and from the site was perilous, choosing a vantage point, as well as a way to step back from the work to vision the whole mess. You have to love painting outside to go to these extremes, and I wish I still had that kind of fire in my belly.
