Oh man, my favorite boat covered in snow??? Well, Spring is just around the corner, so maybe it's not that bad! This boat was in Keedysville, Maryland just a few miles from my home.
David Zimmerman was born in Washington, D.C.He began his studies at the Art Institute of Chicago in 1964. He continued on in his training with Bill Woodward at the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. In order to receive a bacalaureate degree he transferred to George Washington University, where he studied Drawing and Printmaking with Frank Wright. He was granted a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts in 1970.After a brief period of training with Phillip Pearlstein in Massachusetts, he returned to George Washington University where he again studied with William Woodward and Arthur Hall Smith.
